Cancelling an order
Free cancellation applies right up to despatch; after that it is a return.
The timeline
Before packing
Cancel free of charge. Nothing has left the stockroom.
Being packed
Call +1 212-547-8754 — we can often still stop it at the bench.
After despatch
The order cannot be cancelled; use the returns process instead.
Refund issued
We refund cancelled orders in full, back the way they were paid, within five to seven business days.
How to cancel
To stop an order, telephone +1 212-547-8754 during Mon–Sun: 6:00 AM–12:00 AM. Email [email protected] is the slower alternative.
Cancellations by us
Orders are occasionally cancelled by Varick’s Market Place because the final unit was damaged, the price was wrong, or we do not deliver to that address. Full refund, clear reason, no substitutions.
