Our returns window is 30 days, counted from delivery.
How to return something

Instructions and the correct return address follow.
Pack it as we packed it and it will arrive intact.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within five to seven business days.
Condition
To be accepted, an item must be unused and its packaging undamaged.
Where a product carries a hygiene seal, breaking that seal ends the right to return it.
Who pays for the return
If the problem is ours, so is the postage. Otherwise the return journey is at your cost.

A manufacturer's guarantee is between the maker and you; the terms arrive with the product. Separately, Varick’s Market Place is answerable for the accuracy of the listing and the condition of the goods on delivery.
